Nova Video Manager is a WordPress plugin developed by Nova Strategic for a specific internal project. It is not designed, documented, or supported for general public use.
By downloading, installing, or using this plugin in any way, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Intended Use & Availability

- Do not warrant that the plugin will continue to work with YouTube, the YouTube Data API, Google OAuth, or any third-party service.
- Do not warrant that the plugin will meet your requirements or expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement) are expressly excluded.
3. No Support, Maintenance, or Updates
- This plugin is provided without any support or assistance of any kind.
- There is no obligation to provide bug fixes, security patches, documentation, or updates.
- Any issues you encounter—including installation problems, conflicts, or data loss—are solely your responsibility to diagnose and resolve.
If you choose to use this plugin, you do so entirely at your own risk and with the understanding that no help will be provided.
4. Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:

- The YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube API policies
- Google’s API and OAuth policies
- Any applicable privacy, data protection, and consumer laws in your jurisdiction
Nova Strategic is not responsible for any breach of third-party terms or legal obligations that may arise from your use of the plugin.
5. Third-Party Services
The plugin interacts with third-party services such as YouTube Data API v3 and Google OAuth.
- Access to those services is controlled by those third parties, not by Nova Strategic.
- Changes to their APIs, terms, pricing, or availability may break or limit the plugin’s functionality at any time.
- You are solely responsible for configuring and managing your own API keys, OAuth credentials, and Google Cloud settings.
Nova Strategic has no control over and no responsibility for these external services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Nova Strategic, its owners, or its developer(s) be liable for any:
- Loss of data
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business
- Website downtime or service interruption
- Security breaches or unauthorised access
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use this plugin, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
If, despite the above, liability is found to exist, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the plugin, which in all cases is $0.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nova Strategic and its developer(s) from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the plugin
- Your violation of these terms
- Your breach of any third-party terms (including YouTube/Google terms)
8. License
The source code for this plugin is released under the GPL v2 or later license (as indicated in the plugin header and repository).
These Terms of Use relate to how the plugin is offered and used, and apply in addition to the GPL licence. In the event of a direct conflict between these terms and the GPL, the GPL licence will govern your rights to the source code.
9. Changes to These Terms
Nova Strategic may update these Terms of Use from time to time without notice. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be changed accordingly.
Your continued use of the plugin after any changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the plugin shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
